AI Agent Lifecycle Evidence Index

Use fifteen fields to connect evaluation, commissioning, operation, material change, incident and retirement records into a handoff-ready, expiring index. It preserves stable references instead of copying source evidence; entry, import and export stay in this device's browser.

Evidence index workspace

Point to authoritative records, name the current decision and let the next owner see what has expired.

Completeness checks only whether fifteen fields are populated. They do not open references, verify hashes or decide whether evidence is authentic, sufficient or decision-supporting.

0%15 fields remain incomplete.

01

Identify the index and reference rule

Freeze the exact system, accountable owner, timestamps and minimum reference contract.

02

Link all six lifecycle stages

Use authoritative references or an explicit none/not-applicable state—never a silent blank.

0/6
03

Name the currently effective authority

Do not make readers infer the active decision from a document pile.

04

Keep references usable and limits visible

A locator without integrity, access and preservation context is not a handoff-ready reference.

05

Close the ownership handover

Name acceptance, successor linkage and active, superseded or closed state.

Applicability boundary

A complete index does not mean referenced evidence exists, is authentic, sufficient or still current.

What the tool can do

  • Bind six-stage records to an exact system, decision state, owner, dates and stable locator
  • Keep current authority, active-release proof, expiry and reopen triggers in one view
  • Preserve transfer limits, unknowns, failures, dissent and predecessor/successor links

What the tool cannot prove

  • That references are accessible, content untampered, hashes correct or preservation periods suitable
  • That source tests are sufficient, controls effective, operation safe or decisions justified
  • That legal, compliance, audit, contractual, regulatory or certification requirements are met

FUURAA analysisA lifecycle chain can fail even when every stage has a document: references may be ambiguous, expired decisions may remain ‘current’, or copied handoff material may lose provenance. A lightweight index should point to authoritative records, preserve state, expiry and unknowns, and link both directions when superseded. It should not become another detached copy of the truth.

Primary sources and boundaries
