AI Agent Retirement Closure Record Builder

Turn authority revocation, evidence preservation, data disposition, successor handoff, independent verification and expiring closure into a fifteen-field JSON record. Entries are processed only in this browser page.

Retirement closure workspace

Five sections and fifteen fields show both closed authority and readable required evidence.

Start blank or load a clearly marked fictional example. Completion checks only field presence—not whether disposition, preservation or closure is valid.

0%15 fields remain incomplete.

01

Freeze the retirement object

Bind the decision to one exact system, reason, owner, window and dependency set.

0/3
02

Close authority and classify records

Separate denied action, justified preservation and bounded disposal.

0/3
03

Inventory assets and bound continuity

Name every location and prevent a successor from inheriting old authority by default.

0/3
04

Verify preservation, disposition and residuals

Show that required evidence remains readable while unwanted capability is unusable.

05

Issue an expiring closure

Closure is a reviewable decision with dissent, ownership and reopen conditions.

Machine-readable retirement closure record preview

The export uses RFC 8259 JSON. The structure is a FUURAA public method—not an international standard, legal retention schedule, forensic format, media-sanitisation proof, audit or certification format.

Applicability boundary

Structural completeness cannot prove safe, lawful or completed retirement.

What the tool can do

  • Keep one exact system, revocation evidence, dependencies and owners together
  • Separate evidence to preserve from data to dispose
  • Import, copy and download handoff-ready JSON locally in the browser

What the tool cannot prove

  • That authority is revoked, archives authentic and complete, disposition effective or residuals exhaustive
  • That retention or deletion is lawful or meets litigation, privacy or contractual duties
  • That media sanitisation, digital forensics, product safety, audit or certification conclusions are reached

FUURAA analysisA high-quality retirement record holds two opposing evidence sets together: one shows the system can no longer act; the other shows required material remains restorable, locatable and interpretable. Recording deletion without testing archives—or preserving archives without testing revoked authority—cannot support completed retirement.
