FUURAA™ · VISION READING GUIDE

How to read the FUURAA Vision

Read source, date, evidence state, time horizon, capability boundary and FUURAA analysis together—without mistaking a public principle, research direction or long-term vision for a present product capability.

Applicability boundary

This guide explains how to read the public Vision; it adds no present capability, product status or roadmap commitment.

Vision can orient research questions, value judgments and architecture. Only separately evidenced product and progress records can support a judgment about present capability.

Scope statementThis page adds no product capabilities, laboratories, release dates, customers, partnerships, financing, pricing, legal conclusions or undisclosed research results.

Six reading layers

First identify what a statement is doing; then decide how far its evidence reaches.

01

Claim level

How to read it
Separate a source-reported fact, a public principle, a FUURAA interpretation and a long-range thesis.
Stop the inference
A compelling thesis is not evidence that the described system already exists.
02

Source and date

How to read it
Read the canonical source, publication record and later review date before accepting the surrounding interpretation.
Stop the inference
A later FUURAA review does not update the source itself or erase its original context.
03

Evidence state

How to read it
Identify whether a statement is public evidence, an interpretive thesis, a research direction or a long-term vision.
Stop the inference
These reading states are not product-availability labels and must not replace Public Beta or In Development.
04

Time horizon

How to read it
Distinguish present evidence, a near-term research question and a generational horizon.
Stop the inference
A long horizon is not a release date, roadmap commitment or forecast of inevitability.
05

Capability boundary

How to read it
Return to product and progress records before inferring that any capability is built, tested or available.
Stop the inference
Vision pages cannot establish product status, deployment readiness, safety or commercial availability.
06

FUURAA analysis

How to read it
Read FUURAA analysis as a visible interpretation that connects evidence, values and design implications.
Stop the inference
Analysis cannot replace the source, certify compliance or turn an aspiration into a present fact.

Six-step checking sequence

Keep claim, source, time, boundary, status and analysis connected.

  1. 01Name the exact claim and decide whether it is factual, normative, interpretive or aspirational.
  2. 02Open the canonical source and record its publication or update date.
  3. 03Read the evidence state and time horizon before reading the implication.
  4. 04State the people, systems, jurisdiction and operating conditions to which the source applies.
  5. 05Check product status and public progress separately before inferring present capability.
  6. 06Read FUURAA analysis as interpretation, then return to the source before deciding.

Vision reading states

Four states describe different levels of evidence, interpretation and time horizon.

01

Public Evidence

Evidence meaning
A dated public source supports the limited statement attributed to it.
Applicable boundary
Still constrained by the source method, jurisdiction, date and stated scope.
02

Interpretive Thesis

Evidence meaning
FUURAA connects multiple records into a reasoned view and keeps that interpretation visible.
Applicable boundary
Not a consensus finding, certification or proof of an implemented system.
03

Research Direction

Evidence meaning
An open question or area where evidence and architecture need further development.
Applicable boundary
Not a product promise, laboratory claim or commitment to a delivery date.
04

Long-Term Vision

Evidence meaning
A generational horizon used to orient questions, principles and system design.
Applicable boundary
Not a forecast of inevitability, current capability or commercial availability.

Named sources

Every source keeps its publication record, evidence status, applicable boundary and FUURAA analysis attached.

Introduced in 2024 · page updated 1 April 2025 · Public institutional or standards sourceSingapore Smart Nation 2.0

Evidence statusFrames digital development around outcomes for people, society and shared national values—not technology deployment alone.

Applicable boundaryA national digital vision for Singapore, not a technical architecture, product endorsement or evidence that a particular AI system delivers those outcomes.

FUURAA analysisUse this source to test whether a digital vision is framed around outcomes for people and society—not as evidence that FUURAA has implemented those outcomes.

Adopted May 2019 · updated May 2024 · Public institutional or standards sourceOECD AI Principles

Evidence statusConnects innovative AI with inclusive growth, human rights, transparency, robustness and accountability across the system lifecycle.

Applicable boundaryIntergovernmental principles guide policy and practice; they do not certify an implementation or resolve jurisdiction-specific duties.

FUURAA analysisUse the principles as a lifecycle lens for inclusive growth, rights, transparency, robustness and accountability; they do not certify a specific implementation.

Adopted 23 November 2021 · Public institutional or standards sourceUNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence

Evidence statusPlaces human dignity, rights, agency, inclusion, environmental considerations and ethical impact assessment around AI’s social use.

Applicable boundaryA global normative recommendation, not a substitute for law, contextual impact assessment or affected-community participation.

FUURAA analysisUse this recommendation to keep dignity, agency, inclusion and impact assessment visible when interpreting long-range AI aspirations.

26 January 2023 · Public institutional or standards sourceNIST AI Risk Management Framework 1.0

Evidence statusProvides voluntary, lifecycle-wide functions for governing, mapping, measuring and managing AI risks in context.

Applicable boundaryUse-case agnostic and non-prescriptive; adoption does not itself prove trustworthiness, safety or fitness for a consequential use.

FUURAA analysisUse the framework to translate vision into govern, map, measure and manage questions; adoption alone does not prove trustworthy outcomes.

W3C Recommendation · 15 May 2025 · Public institutional or standards sourceW3C Verifiable Credentials Data Model v2.0

Evidence statusDefines issuer, holder, subject, verifier and credential-status structures useful for portable, checkable identity claims.

Applicable boundaryA credential can authenticate a claim; it does not grant authority by default, establish personhood or make the underlying claim true.

FUURAA analysisUse the data model when examining portable, verifiable identity claims; a credential does not settle authority, personhood or truth.

Evidence statusFrames privacy risk around problems people may experience across data collection, use, transformation, retention, sharing and disposal.

Applicable boundaryA voluntary, outcome-based risk tool; it is not legal advice, a universal consent model or evidence of compliance with any jurisdiction.

FUURAA analysisUse the framework to examine privacy risk across the data lifecycle; it is not jurisdiction-specific compliance evidence.

FUURAA analysis

The public value of vision lies in making questions testable—not in creating the impression that the future is already built.

Analysis conclusionThe FUURAA Vision should be read as a long-range direction, a set of value constraints and a research frame. Credibility comes from public sources, explicit boundaries, separate product status and reviewable progress—not from scale of aspiration alone.
