A claim becomes stronger not because it is repeated more often, but because its basis, scope, limitations and uncertainty can be examined.
Evidence discipline
A trustworthy institution distinguishes what it has observed, what it has inferred, what it expects and what remains unknown.
Words such as intelligent, autonomous, safe, scalable and production-ready imply different standards in different contexts. Serious communication defines what was tested, under which conditions, against which baseline and for whom the result matters. Precision is not a restraint on ambition; it is what allows ambition to become credible.

These states are not interchangeable. FUURAA™ intends to require new evidence—not merely new language—before representing movement from one state to another.

Relevant disclosures may include data provenance, evaluation design, sample conditions, model or system version, comparison baseline, known exclusions and review date. Reproducibility may be limited by privacy, security or proprietary constraints, but those limits should themselves be stated.

Confidence ranges, unresolved assumptions, failure modes, adverse findings and contradictory evidence are part of the result—not inconveniences to remove from the narrative. Decisions improve when uncertainty is made legible rather than hidden behind definitive language.

Evaluation should prioritise outcomes that matter to users, institutions and affected communities, while resisting vanity metrics selected mainly for visibility.

Label material initiatives by their evidence stage and the date on which that status was reviewed.
Describe the method, scope, source, comparison baseline and principal limitations behind consequential claims.
Distinguish verified observations, analytical inferences and forward-looking projections.
Qualify or correct statements when material new evidence changes their original basis.
Seek proportionate independent review when the impact of a claim justifies external examination.

Citations indicate sources, not automatic endorsement. Research directions and projections remain conditional until supported by defined evidence.
